Disclaimer
What we publish, teach and build comes with limits. This page sets out plainly what we do and do not promise — particularly around learning outcomes, careers, earnings and technical advice.
Published By
1. General Information
The information published on webphiser.com is provided for general informational purposes only. We put genuine effort into keeping it accurate and current, but we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of anything on this website.
Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. Technology, frameworks, pricing and syllabi change; a page that was accurate when written may not be accurate when you read it.
This Disclaimer forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome from our courses or our development services. What a student or client achieves depends on factors largely outside our control, including:
- The time, consistency and effort the individual actually invests;
- Prior knowledge, aptitude and access to a working computer and internet connection;
- Practice done outside scheduled sessions;
- Market conditions, hiring cycles and employer requirements;
- For development projects — the quality of requirements, timeliness of client feedback, and third-party services beyond our control.
Enrolling in a program purchases instruction, structure, mentorship and access to our team. It does not purchase a certificate of employability, a job, a client, or a guaranteed skill level.
3. Earnings & Career Claims
WebPhiser makes no promise, guarantee or assurance of employment, freelance income, placement, internship or any particular financial return from any program we offer — including any program whose name references income, earnings or career acceleration.
Where our programs are described using aspirational names or outcomes, those names describe the objective and curriculum focus of the program, not a contractual promise of results. Nothing on this website should be read as a representation that you will earn a specific amount of money, secure a job, or acquire clients.
Any figures, salary ranges, freelance rates or income examples that appear anywhere on this site are illustrative industry references or the reported experience of specific individuals. They are not typical, not average, and not to be expected. Individual results vary enormously and many participants will earn nothing at all from their studies.
We are an education and software services provider. We are not a placement agency, a recruitment consultancy, or a registered career counselling body, and we do not operate any form of guaranteed-placement scheme.
4. Educational Content
Our courses — including Tech Explorers, Developer Launchpad, Income Accelerator Program and Custom Tech Stack Prep — are independent, privately delivered training programs.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or accredited by any university, school board, government body or statutory education regulator;
- Certificates of completion we issue are records of participation in our own program. They are not academic degrees, diplomas or government-recognised qualifications, and no university credit attaches to them;
- Course content and duration may be revised to keep pace with changes in technology;
- Where a course references a third-party technology, platform or certification, those names belong to their respective owners and their inclusion does not imply any partnership or endorsement.
Where a student is a minor, enrolment is made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts this Disclaimer on the student's behalf.
5. Not Professional Advice
Nothing on this website or delivered during our sessions constitutes professional advice. Specifically, our content is not:
- Legal advice — consult a qualified advocate or solicitor;
- Financial, tax or investment advice — consult a registered financial adviser or chartered accountant;
- Career or immigration advice — consult an appropriately licensed professional;
- Medical, psychological or safety advice of any kind.
If your situation calls for professional advice, please obtain it from someone qualified and regulated to give it. Do not act, or refrain from acting, solely on the basis of anything published here.
6. Technical & Development Work
Code samples, architectural suggestions, configuration snippets and tutorials published on this site are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. They are teaching aids, not production-hardened components.
Before using any such material in a live environment you are responsible for reviewing it, testing it, and satisfying yourself that it is secure and appropriate for your use case. We accept no liability for data loss, downtime, security incidents, or financial loss arising from the use of published examples.
Client project work is governed instead by the specific Statement of Work and our Terms & Conditions, which set out the applicable warranties. Software is inherently complex — we do not warrant that any deliverable will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from all vulnerabilities.
7. AI-Generated Output
We build AI agents and automation systems, and some of our teaching involves AI tools. You should understand the following about AI systems generally, including any we build for you or demonstrate to you:
- AI models can produce output that is inaccurate, outdated, biased or entirely fabricated, while appearing confident;
- Output must be reviewed by a competent human before it is relied on for any consequential decision;
- We do not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it;
- Third-party AI providers may change, degrade, price-change or discontinue their models at any time, which can affect systems built on them.
8. Testimonials & Case Studies
Testimonials, reviews, project outcomes and case studies shown on this website reflect the experience of particular students or clients in particular circumstances. They are shared with permission and are not a guarantee, warranty or prediction of what you will experience.
Case study figures — such as timelines, throughput improvements or revenue milestones — describe the outcome of that specific engagement, including work by the client's own team, and depend on conditions that will not be identical to yours. Some details may be anonymised or generalised to protect client confidentiality.
9. External Links
This website may link to third-party websites, tools, documentation or resources. These links are provided for convenience and further reading only.
We have no control over the content, availability, accuracy, pricing or privacy practices of external sites, and a link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or any association. Once you leave webphiser.com, the terms and privacy policy of that other site govern. Please review them.
10. Website Availability
We aim to keep webphiser.com available and functioning, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of hosting failures, network problems, cyber attacks or other events outside our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, or any service described on it, without prior notice. Where you have already paid for a service, your rights are governed by our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy and are not affected by this clause.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webphiser Software & Education Services, its proprietor, employees, trainers and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or reliance on its content — including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 remain unaffected.
The financial cap on our liability for paid services is set out in our Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top will always show the current version.
Continuing to use the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer.
