What our programs and projects cost, in plain numbers. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR), are the final amount payable, and carry no hidden charges.

Both formats cover the same syllabus. The difference is attention and pace — group classes are more affordable and collaborative, 1-on-1 moves at exactly your speed.

What Every Price Includes
- All teaching, mentorship and project work described for that program or engagement;
- Course materials, exercise files and starter repositories, delivered digitally;
- Access to the learning channel for your cohort, for the period stated at enrolment;
- A digital certificate on successful completion of an education program;
- For development work — source code, deployment and the documentation agreed in your Statement of Work.
Third-party costs are not included unless expressly stated: domain names, hosting, cloud usage, paid APIs, AI model usage, app store fees, and paid licences. These are billed at cost or paid directly by you.
Taxes & Invoicing
Webphiser Software & Education Services is not currently registered under GST. The price you see is the total amount payable — no GST or other tax is added on top at checkout.
- We issue a bill of supply / payment receipt for every transaction, not a GST tax invoice;
- Because no GST is charged, no input tax credit can be claimed against our invoices;
- If our registration status changes, applicable taxes will be shown separately and this page updated;
- For international clients, any tax or withholding obligation in your own jurisdiction remains yours.
Payment Methods & Schedule
Payments are collected through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept:
- UPI;
- Credit and debit cards;
- Net banking;
- Bank transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS) for project engagements.
We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials — those go directly to the gateway. See our Privacy Policy.
When payment is due:
- Courses — fees are payable before the batch starts. Where an instalment option is offered, the schedule is confirmed to you in writing at enrolment;
- Fixed-price projects — an advance on signing, then milestone payments as set out in the Statement of Work;
- Retainers — billed monthly in advance;
- Hourly work — prepaid in blocks, or invoiced against logged hours as agreed.
Price Changes
We may revise these prices as our programs and costs change. Any revision applies only to enrolments and engagements made after it is published.
- If you have already paid, your price is locked for that program or engagement;
- For retainers, we give at least 30 days' written notice before a rate change takes effect;
- A quote given in writing is honoured for the validity period stated in it;
- Where a price on this page conflicts with a written quote or Statement of Work, the written quote or SOW governs.
Refunds & Cancellation
Cancellation windows, refund percentages, deductions and processing timelines are set out in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary: there is a defined window in which you can cancel and recover part or all of your fee, and refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
How and when you receive access after paying is covered in our Service Delivery Policy. If we cannot deliver a service you have paid for, you get a full refund.
